___ Spend some time over the holiday thinking about what kind of college you want to attend.
January 2013
___ Meet with your college adviser to talk about colleges you are interested in.
___ Start thinking about what you want to study in college?
___ Take the ACT.
___ Research summer programs for the summer (engineering, medical, fine arts, journalism, etc.)

___ Think about what teachers, coaches, counselors, or employers you want to write your letters of recommendations.

___ Practice ACT and SAT.
